Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison Novey, many of our pieces are handmade, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our collections, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only within the City of Ottawa.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

• All original packaging and tags must be included

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase or delivery

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Worn or damaged items

• Customized or altered pieces

• Items returned without prior contact

Many Maison Novey pieces are handcrafted or vintage, and slight variations in fabric, embroidery, stones, or details are part of their authenticity and charm.
