Maison Novey offers carefully curated collections of handmade, vintage, and artisan pieces. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind, meaning slight variations in color, embroidery, stones, or fabric may occur. These variations are part of the authenticity and craftsmanship of handmade items.
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors perfectly.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Maison Novey reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms of Service.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the customer will be notified.
Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability. Maison Novey is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, all sales are final.
Maison Novey does not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges may be available only within the City of Ottawa and must be requested within 3 days of purchase or delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, logos, and designs, is the property of Maison Novey and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
